Tale of the Peacock - Colored Pencil Fine Art Giclée Print

from $10.00

5”x7”, or 7”x14“ colored pencil giclée print, double matted - ready to frame.

When I was growing up we had a small farm. On it we had a couple of sheep, goats, some chickens, one duck, a duo of the most ornery geese known to mankind, and a pair of peacocks.

Masha and Mellow, the peacocks, were billed as a mating pair when we acquired them. Unfortunately, nobody told them that! So instead of living contently, this pair disagreed with each other frequently. In the middle of the night they would cry out what sounded like a child crying for help. After a few visits from the local constabularies, we had to re-home this majestic pair to the local agricultural school.
